Quotes from today’s video:
Resolution for Women #1, by Priscilla Shirer, “I do solemnly resolve before God to embrace my current season of life with a spirit of contentment.”
“You will begin to miss out on the wonderful things in your life right now, today, if all you are doing is hoping for something better in the future.” ~Jennifer Crow, Perfect Lies
“Your God can be trusted to grant you the supply you need to excel at His purposes. So if you don’t have it – whatever it is – it’s because you don’t need it. You may want it, but it’s not necessary in order to accomplish what He knows is most important for your life today. Otherwise He’d have given it to you.” ~Priscilla Shirer, The Resolution for Women
“I don’t say this out of need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. 12 I know both how to have a little, and I know how to have a lot. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being content—whether well-fed or hungry, whether in abundance or in need.” Philippians 4:11-12 HCSB
Choose to be content right where you are, with what you have, and with who you are, and give thanks! You will notice such an improvement in the atmosphere of your home when you choose a spirit of contentment and gratitude.
