Day 25 – Don’t Forget to Take Care of Yourself

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NIV
This week’s challenge: Begin new habits and routines that will help you maintain the blessed atmosphere in your home.
Today’s challenge:  Go for a nature walk to refresh and nurture spirit, mind, and body.
Today’s message is on video, but before you watch, let me apologize ahead of time for saying the word rejuvenate so many times.  Oh my!  If I only had a dime for every time I said it!  While the message is timely and powerful, be patient while I am still polishing my video skills.  I hope this encourages you!
